Ramon A. Feliu Disla, 33, was driving a 2015 BMW M5 southbound near Granite Knolls Park in Yorktown at approximately 7:20 p.m. when the vehicle struck a guide rail and rolled over, according to police. Feliu Disla was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene despite life-saving efforts by good Samaritans.
