A man accused of sex crimes against a child is facing multiple charges, according to state police in Orange County.
State police say they arrested Eduardo R. Martinez Rojas, 29, after Child Protective Services received a tip about an adult man who had sex with a child under 13 years of age.
Rojas now faces charges including predatory sexual assault against a child and rape.
