State police: YMCA Cornwall's after-school program director arrested for sexual abuse

Josh Horner, of Walden, was arrested after state police received a complaint of a child under 13 years old being sexually abused by the 34-year-old.

New York State Police arrested the director of YMCA Cornwall's After School Club Kid Program for sexual abuse.

They say they received a complaint about Josh Horner, of Walden, who is accused of sexually abusing a child under 13 years old.

Child Protective Services assisted state police to ultimately arrest the 34-year-old.

Horner faces multiple charges, including sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
