Some Mount Eden business owners hope registers ring in 2007 after a fatal fire slowed Christmas sales.
Managers say they continue to lose thousands of dollars after investigators reopened Walton Avenue. They say customers are trickling back to the area, but business isn?t the same. Owners want the city to come up with a plan to help stores regain financial security.
