First responders in Yorktown Heights have been busy ever since the storm ripped through Tuesday afternoon.
Volunteer firefighters have responded to 15 calls since the storm.
They have dealt with downed power lines, checked fire alarms being set off, investigated gas emergencies, and helped with numerous incidents of trees onto or into homes.

At last check, officials tell News 12 that multiple roadways are either partially or completely impassable.
The Yorktown Highway Department is working to clean up the roads and get lights back on for those who lost power.
