A Sullivan County man's been arrested, accused of murdering his dad.

State police say that around 7 p.m. Sunday, troopers went to a home on Bradley Avenue in Neversink for a report of a cardiac arrest.

They saw EMS doing CPR on 71-year-old Lloyd Botsford when troopers also noticed a gunshot wound to his head.

An investigation led to his son, 46-year-old Drew Botsford, who faces charges for murder second-degree and is now in Sullivan County Jail without bail.
