A Liberty man has been arrested on child sex assault charges.
State police said Joseph Wallace, 51, engaged in sexual conduct with two girls.
One of the girls was under the age of 13, while the other was under the age of 17.
Wallace is charged with rape, child sex assault, and endangering the welfare of a child. He is being held at Sullivan County Jail without bail.
