A Sullivan County man is facing charges in a domestic dispute that happened Christmas Day.

Justin Gallo, 37, was arrested after deputies responded to a home on Lucky Lake Drive in Rock Hill.

Gallo was allegedly armed with a shotgun while several friends and family members were inside with him.

Officers were able to safely evacuate the home and used a drone to locate Gallo.
