Harold Hoyt was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a red Carhart jacket in the woods off of Galligan Road in Sullivan County, according to authorities.

Harold Hoyt was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a red Carhart jacket in the woods off of Galligan Road in Sullivan County, according to authorities. Police describe him as 6 foot 3 inches tall.
Anyone with information is asked to call the police.
