News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Krystal Ellis says the Hudson Valley will see a sunny and breezy Memorial Day.
WHAT'S NEW: Memorial day will feature lots of sunshine with a noticeable breeze picking up from the east and gusting between 10 to 25mph from late Monday morning through the night.
WHAT'S NEXT: Dry weather dominates much of the extended forecast with temperatures surging into the mid- to upper-80s to near 90 to start the month of June.
FORECAST
OVERNIGHT: Mainly clear and quiet with lows near 55. South winds 5 to 10mph and becoming calm after midnight.
MONDAY- MEMORIAL DAY: Mostly sunny and mild to warm with highs near 78. Lows near 52.
TUESDAY: Mostly sunny and a bit cooler with highs near 71. Lows near 49.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny and warm with highs near 76. Lows near 57.
