News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Addison Green says Friday will be partly sunny with breezy conditions and temperatures in the 80s.
WHAT'S NEW: Temperatures will be shooting upward into the 80s for Friday, and some spots will flirt with record high temps.
WHAT'S NEXT: Mother’s Day weekend has a small chance for showers on Saturday but other than that, expect a fairly decent weekend ahead. The next chance for rain was going to be on Monday, but those chances have faded away.

OVERNIGHT: Scattered clouds and mild. Lows in the low- to mid-50s.
FRIDAY - PICK OF THE WEEK: Partly sunny and warm with breezy winds at times in the afternoon. Highs in the low- to mid-80s. Record temperature was 86 back in 1959. Lows in the upper-50s to low-60s.
SATURDAY: Mostly cloudy with a small shower chance in the morning to midday hours. Expect less clouds later on in the evening. Highs in the mid- to upper-70s. Lows in the low- to mid-50s.
