News 12 Storm Watch Meteorologist Addison Green says Thursday will start off a bit chilly, but there will be sun and less wind toward the afternoon. 
WHAT'S NEW: A cold front has passed by, and the following cold air will keep our temperatures below average for both the highs and lows for the rest of the workweek. A freeze warning is in effect from 1 a.m. to 8 a.m. Thursday, for all of the Hudson Valley, except south Westchester County. Temps will dip into the mid-30s to upper-20s.
WHAT'S NEXT: Temps will be getting milder by the weekend, but the rain chances will be on the rise - mainly for Saturday. A storm system threatens the region with rain and wind for Saturday into early Sunday.
THURSDAY: A chilly start then mild afternoon with lots of sun and less wind. Highs: mid-60s. Lows: low- to mid-40s.
FRIDAY:  Another cold start under mostly sunny skies to partly cloudy skies. Expect breezy afternoon winds. Highs: upper-60s. Lows: upper-40s to low-50s.
SATURDAY: Mostly cloudy skies with rain and wind. Highs: upper-60s to low-70s. Lows: mid-50s.
 SUNDAY:  Mostly sunny, drier with light winds. Highs: low- to mid 70s. Lows: low- to mid-50s.
MONDAY:  A few passing clouds. Highs: low-70s. Lows: low-50s.
TUESDAY: Fair and bright skies. Highs: low-70s. Lows: upper-40s to low-50s.
 
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny to partly cloudy. Highs: low- to mid-70s. Lows: mid-50s.
 
THURSDAY:  Fair skies, warming temps. Highs: mid- to upper-70s.  Lows: mid-50s.
