Cops are on the hunt for a man who they say sexually assaulted a teenage girl in University Heights. 
The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspect, who is accused of attacking the 17-year-old on Jerome Avenue and East 183rd Street. It happened at around 4:15 a.m. on Sept. 8. 
According to police, the victim was approached from behind, thrown to the ground and choked before being sexually assaulted. A 4 train subway stop and an EMS service station are nearby, along with two NYPD surveillance cameras. 
The suspect is described as Hispanic and 5 feet 6 inches tall. He was wearing a white Adidas hat, a yellow Aeropostale shirt and blue jeans.
