Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the body of a man found in his Warwick apartment Tuesday.
Authorities are not calling the case a murder, but they do say the man?s death is suspicious. Police say the landlord was checking on one of his tenants in the Sleepy Valley Road building when he discovered the body around 10:30 a.m. Investigators are busy processing the scene and say a window on the second-floor apartment was broken.
Police say the victim was seen alive shortly after midnight Monday. An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday. Police hope that will determine what happened.
