A teenager was arrested after firing shots into his parents' home in Monroe last weekend, police say. According to authorities, at the time of the incident last Sunday, the 18-year-old was intoxicated.

A teenager was arrested after firing shots into his parents' home in Monroe last weekend, police say.
According to authorities, at the time of the incident last Sunday, the 18-year-old was intoxicated. He allegedly took a rifle, went outside and fired shots toward his home on Mine Road.
The 18-year-old was then tackled by his father and brother. No one was hurt in the shooting.
The teenager is being held at the Orange County Jail.
