A 27-year-old man was injured in Newburgh's third shooting in three weeks, according to police.

A 27-year-old man was injured in Newburgh's third shooting in three weeks, according to police. 
The shooting occurred at 9:15 a.m. on Monday. 
The clerk at M&A Deli on Fullerton Avenue, also known in the area as the Goldback Deli, tells News 12 he witnessed the shooting, and that the victim was bleeding after being hit by several bullets. 
City of Newburgh police say that the man was shot in the back and leg.
He is currently at Westchester Medical Center.
There is no word on any arrests.
Last week, 21 shots were fired in an incident that wounded two teens.
