A 19-year-old has been sentenced for a fatal shooting in Yonkers last year.
Ludvin Ramos-Cervantes received 5 to 15 years for manslaughter and 12 years for criminal possession, the Westchester District Attorney's office says.
Authorities said he shot 51-year-old Francisco Gordillo on Willow Street and Mount Carmel Place in February.
Cervantes initially claimed Gordillo died by suicide. He later said the gun fired by accident.
