Boosters are being planned as early as the fall for people
who got the two-shot Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. But we are already seeing
immunocompromised people getting those booster shots now.
Are patients asking for the third shot?
Top health officials from agencies including the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention, the White House and the Food and Drug Administration
said in a statement Wednesday that the effectiveness of mRNA vaccines declines
over time, especially for those with compromised immune systems.
What does this mean for those getting the vaccine? Will it
