Thousands gathered to pay their respects to hip-hop icon DMX in one final "ride out" on Saturday.
The group made the trek from DMX's hometown of Yonkers to Barclays Center in Brooklyn, where the rapper will have his memorial service.
The over 20-mile drive was escorted by police as if it were a parade.
"We all love bikes, we all were into it, but the Ruff Ryders, DMX, they changed the game," says Wayne Snyder, a co-organizer of the event. "He is up there looking down, and he's going to be so proud to know that the police, the city, the state allowed this for him."
DMX, 50, died following a heart attack on April 9.
Police closed the intersection of Yonkers and Central Park avenues and asked the public to avoid the area if possible.
