Cardinal Hayes Pitcher Jonathan Gonzalez, Clinton Catcher Jonathan Candelier and Monroe Pitcher Darwin Rivas all earned the honor.
Gonzalez led Hayes to the intersectional qualifying round only to be upset by Stepinac. The 6-foot 1-inch pitcher was selected in the 33rd round of baseball?s amateur draft by the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Candelier earned a spot on the All-State list by hitting .436 with one home run and 12 RBIs in 16 games.
Rivas led the city in ERA with no earned runs. He also compiled a 6-0 record along with one save. Rivas fanned 59 batters in 40 1/3 innings this past year.
