The New York State Thruway Authority Board is considering toll hikes.
The New York E-ZPass base-rate toll on the Gov. Mario Cuomo Bridge could rise 50 cents a year for four years.
The price would go from $5.75 to $7.75 in 2027 if regulators give the green light.
The new tolls would take effect Jan. 1, 2024.
