A storm that could bring up to 4 inches of rain later today is expected to cause flooding and power outages across the Hudson Valley.
Westchester County officials are already warning folks to be prepared for road closures at all the usual spots, including the Bronx River Parkway, the Saw Mill, and the Hutch, among others.
In Rockland and Orange counties, trouble spots include Route 59 in Nanuet, Route 32 in Highland Mills, Route 9W, Storm King Highway, and the Palisades Parkway are among the usual trouble spots
