The entire Town of Clarkstown turned up to Rita McCullough's home to celebrate her 108th birthday on Friday.
She received the VIP treatment as town police, fire department, Clarkstown Supervisor George Hoehmann and the district attorney sang "happy birthday" to her.
The fire captain handed McCullough flowers.
Hoehmann told News 12 that his office did some research and learned McCullough is the oldest person living in the Hudson Valley.
McCullough told News 12 that the secret to her longevity is to be happy ... and wine.
McCullough has one neighbor on her block who will turn 100, while another will turn 99.
