tractor-trailer in Rockland County.
Police say the truck crashed on the ramp from I-287 to the southbound Thruway where I-287 and Route 17 merge in Suffern.
The truck is hanging slightly off an
embankment on the ramp. One
lane of traffic is getting by on the ramp.
State police say the driver suffered only minor
injuries.
There are significant delays on both
I-287 and Route 17.
