Officials have issued a traffic alert in Croton-on-Hudson today because crews are removing a large tree.

Con Edison contractors will be on Lexington Drive, doing work to prevent storm-related outages.

Crews are expected to be on the scene today until 2 p.m.

Road closures are possible, so avoid the area if possible.
