overnight.
Police say the crash happened around 3 a.m. at the
River Road overpass.
Two right lanes and the right shoulder were closed for hours heading toward the Gov. Mario Cuomo Bridge.
Crews were able to remove the truck and the highway was
reopened shortly before 6 a.m.
