The Town of Tuxedo Police Department says a vehicle struck
a digital speed sign Friday and left without reporting the crash.
The police department posted on Facebook that the incident
happened “on the southern end of town” but did not specify where.
“These signs serve as a gentle reminder to drivers to slow
down as they enter the reduced speed area of town. They also serve to keep
everyone safe by helping to reduce speeds near our schools and business areas,”
the post says.
Police are asking anyone with information about the
incident to call them at
845-615-0880.
