US marshals arrest fugitive in Yonkers for allegedly raping 4-year-old twins

U.S. marshals arrested a man in Yonkers Tuesday evening for allegedly raping 4-year-old twins .
Police tell News 12 that Isaiah Metz was taken into custody at 11 p.m. at a homeless shelter.
According to the NYPD, they tried to arrest Metz on West 30th Street earlier Tuesday because he had two outstanding warrants from Pennsylvania for allegedly raping the twins.
They say Metz fled city officers after punching two officers in the head and biting one in the arm.
