A Kingston man pleaded guilty to a 2022 Town of Esopus shooting.
The Ulster County District Attorney's Office says 34-year-old Korey Marshall pleaded guilty to assault in the first degree.
It was back in October 2022 that prosecutors say Marshall went to a residence wearing a mask with a loaded handgun.
He fired several shots, hitting the victim in the hip.
Marshall took off from the scene before he was arrested.
He remains in Ulster County Jail without bail.
Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 22.
