An undercover police operation intended to crack down on underage sales of vaping products found four Haverstraw stores violating the law.
The operation was launched in response to complaints in the area about underage vape sales. Police went into 12 different stores to see if they were in compliance with state law.
They found four violated the law and sold vape products to a minor.
Police say the people who sold the products at those locations will now face a charge of unlawfully dealing with a child.
