An upstate man is facing life in prison without parole after being convicted of second-degree murder in the 2023 fatal shooting of Dominique Green in Kingston.
Nyqwuan Monroe, of Schenectady, was found guilty by a jury of shooting Green in the victim's home.
The conviction was supported by DNA evidence that linked Monroe to the murder weapon.
