585ds agoNew York Crime Stoppers say it is offering a cash reward Monday for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of a man responsible for shooting and killing a male victim in New Rochelle.
They say they’re offering up to $2,500 to anyone who has any information on the whereabouts of Mtayari Z. Dixon.
Dixon fled on foot following a shooting incident on Horton Avenue back in October.
