USDA: Trader Joe's chicken pilaf dish may contain rocks

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has issued a public health alert for a Trader Joe's chicken pilaf dish that may contain rocks.
The 14-ounce bags of the recalled Trader Joe's Chicken, Lentil & Caramelized Onion Pilaf were sold from November 2023 until mid-January.
The USDA says multiple people complained about the product and one person suffered a dental injury.
Anyone who has the product is urged to throw it out or return it to Trader Joe's for a full refund.
