A vigil was held outside the home of a Bronx man who was killed after being struck by two livery cabs Sunday morning on Pelham Parkway.
Rony Mejia, 26, was hit by a livery cab as he was crossing the street. He was hit again by another livery cab while he was laying in the street.
News 12 was told the second driver fled the scene. Mejia's mother is pleading for someone to come forward to claim responsibility.
No arrests have been made.
