The Warwick Valley Humane Society says it has had a busy few weeks after several kittens found themselves stuck in tough spots.
Officials at the humane society say for the past few weeks, they found stray kittens stuck inside a wall, a car engine, a pipe and a sewer.
According to volunteers, they have no idea how the kittens strayed away from their mothers and ended up in these predicaments.
They also say they recently rescued two adult cats that were abandoned on the side of Minturn Road in Warwick.
The two cats have already been put up for adoption. Meanwhile, the kittens will remain at the animal shelter for the next few weeks so their health could be monitored. Then, they too would be offered for adoption.
