Loved ones are searching for answers in the case of a missing vulnerable adult from New Paltz who was last seen more than a week ago.
Diana Culver, 33, is listed missing by the New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse. According to the missing persons flier, Culver has bipolar disorder and may need medical attention.
Loved ones say Culver may have traveled to Manhattan and that her cellphone was found at Grand Central Station.
Culver was last seen on April 28.
“We are heartbroken. It’s now been 10 days. {Police} have known about her phone being in the Grand Central terminal lost and found for seven days, and no one has even looked at it. I would think that would be important,” says Christine Caffrey, Culver’s future mother-in-law.
NYPD referred News 12’s questions about the case to New Paltz police. They have not yet returned our call.
Culver is described as 5 feet,1 inches tall and 125 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
