In a sure sign that the region is another step along the long road to a return to normalcy, Port Jervis held its annual St. Patrick's Day Parade Sunday.
The parade featured the Hudson Valley Regional Police Pipes and Drums as well as other hometown musicians.
Mayor Kelly Decker says to encourage social distancing, organizers tripled the length of the parade to spread out spectators.
The parade, along with Grand Marshal Thomas McCarron, began on Canal Street and ended on Erie Depot/Jersey Avenue.
