Weather forces event cancellations across Hudson Valley

The Yonkers Riverfest and the Port Chester Fire Department's 200th Anniversary Parade have been postponed due to stormy weather conditions.

Inclement weather has prompted several events in the Hudson Valley to cancel or reschedule their plans.
The Port Chester Fireman's Parade will take place on its new date of Sunday, Oct. 1. The parade will celebrate the 200th anniversary of the department.
The Yonkers Riverfest has been postponed due to stormy weather conditions. New dates for this event have yet to be determined, but it will be sometime next month.
The Pleasantville Community Block Party has also been moved from this Saturday to next Saturday.
