Countryside Kitchen in Mahopac is opening its doors once again to offer customers the breakfast dishes it's well known for.

The family owned eatery off Route 6 is known for its pancakes, French toast bites, "holy cannoli" and "blazing" Buffalo chicken waffles to name a few.

The owner says they're operating at 50% capacity, they're following social distancing guidelines, and is offering outdoor dining to customers.

Additionally, the restaurant's staff are required to wear face masks and there are hand-sanitizing stations throughout.
