1,026ds agoCrowds converged at the Yonkers waterfront Sunday night in anticipation of the city's Fourth of July fireworks show.
Many revelers said that they arrived early to secure spots to get a good vantage point of the fireworks.
Residents told News 12 that they felt happy to finally celebrate Independence Day as the pandemic put a halt to celebrations last year.
They added that it also felt good to get together with friends and family after being apart for most of the last year.
