A New Rochelle contractor is accused of stealing wages from his workers for a second time.
Artemio Fuerte, 40, is facing charges for allegedly failing to pay five employees more than $50,000.
He has plead not guilty.
Prosecutors say two years ago, he was sentenced to three years probation for failing to pay workers $30,000 in wages.
