Westchester County DA: Peekskill man pleads guilty to gunning down man in front of his children

The Westchester County District Attorney's Office says 40-year-old Reginald McClure pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.

A Peekskill man pleaded guilty Friday in the fatal shooting of a man in front of his children.

The Westchester County District Attorney's Office says 40-year-old Reginald McClure pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.

McClure had been charged with shooting and killing 53-year-old Ernest Wilson, of Poughkeepsie, in May of last year.

It happened after Wilson dropped off his child with the child's mother.
