The Westchester district attorney says 29-year-old Eleni Castillos, of Orlando, was indicted for vehicular manslaughter and aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Police say she was driving north on the Saw Mill Parkway when she lost control of her vehicle near McLean Avenue in Yonkers.

A passenger in another car, 22-year-old Adrianel Leconte, of Manahattan, got out to help her.

The good Samaritan was killed when another car smashed into Castillo's car, killing Leconte.
