One dad in Westchester County made his daughter's dreams come true at a Taylor Swift concert. 

Grace Del Vecchio, a 12-year-old girl with Down syndrome, was lucky to get tickets for Christmas to Taylor Swift's Friday and Sunday concerts at MetLife Stadium this past weekend.

She was also the lucky fan of the night at one of the shows. 

Swift strutted down the stage during her performance of “22” and gifted Grace her fedora for being such a loyal Swiftie. 

Since the Eras Tour began, the pop star has gifted a fan or friend her hat each night while performing the 2012 hit song.
