The Village of Croton-on-Hudson has released the results of a recent community survey on public safety and law enforcement.

Traffic-related concerns topped the list of issues, followed closely by school safety concerns.

Currently, Pierre Van Cortlandt Middle School is the only school with a School Resource Officer (SRO) trained in gun safety, drug safety, and bullying.

The presence of an SRO is determined by each school's decision.
