Many consumers have made at least one complaint in their lives.
But what are New Yorkers complaining about the most?
According to the state Attorney General's Office, the internet was New York’s biggest complaint.
That includes things like stolen passwords and fraudulent purchases.
Coming in second, was landlords and tenants. Security deposits were the cause of plenty of squabbles.
Retail sales came in third. Customer complaints for that include poor service and bad merchandise.
