Chef Vinny, of Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace, shows News 12's Lily Stolzberg how to make Mini Margherita Pizza.

INGREDIENTS:

1 ea.10” round pizza crust

½ cup pizza sauce

6 slices of fresh mozzarella

4 ea. basil leaves

1 oz. extra virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place the pizza crust onto an oven safe pan.

2. Spread the pizza sauce onto the crust.

3. Place the fresh mozzarella on top of the sauce.

4. Place the basil leaves on top of the cheese.

5. Drizzle the olive oil over the whole pizza.

6. Bake at 500 degrees for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
