Chef Frankie, of Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace, shows News 12's Lily Stolzberg how make a raspberry sugar cookie.
INGREDIENTS:
· 1 CUP FLOUR
· 1 CUP BUTTER (ROOM TEMPERATURE)
· ¼ CUP 6X SUGAR
· ½ CUP RASPBERRY JAM
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl until dough forms.
Chill dough for one hour.
Roll into log and cut into 1oz.
Roll up into ball and press center in with thumb creating a dimple.
Squeeze raspberry jam to fill dimple.
Bake at 350* for 9 minutes.
