Ingredients:
- ½ lb. Fusilli. (cooked and cooled)
- ¼ cup red pepper. (small dice)
- ¼ cup yellow pepper. (small dice)
- ¼ cup orange pepper. (small dice)
- ¼ cup red onion. (sliced)
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes.
- ¼ cup black olives. (sliced)
- ½ cup broccoli florets.
- 1 cup garlic infused oil.
- ½ cup white balsamic.
- 1 tbs salt.
- 1 tsp black pepper.
Directions:
- In a medium sized mixing bowl add the pasta, peppers, onion, tomatoes, olives, and broccoli.
- Add the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated.
