Dressing in layers is extra important to keep warm in freezing temperatures.
Layers trap heat and keep the body warmer, but there are some things you shouldn't wear.
Experts say you don't want to wear clothing with a lot of nylon in them because it makes the body sweat, which makes you colder.
When picking fabrics and clothes, tight clothes make it harder to keep warm air around.
Almost half of your body's warmth could be lost through your head so it's important to make sure to wear a warm hat and protective covering.
